Hello all!!!

I´m about to take the QE in september 13th, and I´m considering to buy some books as study aid for the areas of microbioogy endocrinology and maybe patology.

I´ve found lots of really good books, but maybe too good. The best options will be reviews that are more "light". But I don´t how to pick one!!!

Some recommendations????

Has anybody taken the QE already?? any tips¿??? What did you use to study??

Thanks you all!!!

Hello VETESPAN.
I took the PAVElast may, and I just got the result back. I didnt pass for the second time. Unfortunately, I still dont know what is the best option as far as a study guide. I use a bit of the Moby's, Merck and books, but eveidently, they havent been very helpful. So if someone has a better idea, let us know.

i am interested in registering for PAVE.i have some questions, as u already tried twice hope u can help me,
1)what is the qualifying marks to pass the exam.
2) what do u think r the most difficult parts to cover
3) why many people r not preferring PAVE compared to ECFVG
if u r going again, hope we can study and discuss more.

To enroll in the ECFVG process your college have to be in the list of the AVMA http://www.avma.org/education/ecfvg/ecfvg_pp_colleges.asp. Thats why some people do the PAVE or the ECFVG, you have to look first if your college is there, otherwise the only option you have is the PAVE.

I would like to start the process to the PAVE because my college is not listed in the AVMA so I cant do the ECFVG. Im going to take de TOEFL on August 5th and if I pass it then send the application for the PAVE. Can anyone give me recommendations of the QE, where to study, if I have to focus on special stuffs.
Thank you 🙂
