I am thinking to go with

Snell's Clinical Neuroanatomy
Kaplan Neuroscience lecture notes
HY neuroanatomy
Bunch of Qbanks.

I would like to have opinions from people who had wrote USMLE.

From what I read in the Taus method, HY Neuro should be sufficient and will likely contain too much information. Is neuro one of your weak points?

I plan on using HY Neuro (only for anything not in FA) + Qbanks. I think it should be sufficient.

Yes. I feel that I am not having a good command over neuroanatomy.

Pathology/Pathophysiology and neuroanatomy are heavily tested on Steps. I want to make sure(hopefully) that I am having an excellent command over both of these subjects.

Is your weak spot anatomy or pathology?

I don't know if these things are very HY, but you might want to take a look at FA and then hit these websites/focus on what you need.
