For those of you who have done well on the DAT please help me out!!

How did you study for the exam on a daily basis .. did you designate different topics (chem, bio, orgo ..) for different days, What kind of material did you use, How long did you study.. so on and so forth

I have Kaplan material from taking a Kaplan course (people who took kaplan what did you think of it?). I am also using Top Score, DAT Destroyer and Achiever.

The more input that you would like to give me, the happier i will be 🙂

Your off to a good start, all the material you have are the most suggested. The kaplan course is good if you have a good teacher, but the practice materials are what you really pay for. You might want to take a look in the DAT subforums for more info.

I just used Top Score, DAT Achiever, and a Barons books. I pretty much spent all my time studying for the PAT and doing practice tests. If you received good grades in the required classes then theres no point in rereading the material.

Start studying with your weakest subjects, for me those were gen chem and organic. I just used the Kaplan blue book, Topscore, and looked at old textbooks and I did fine. Good luck 🙂

Im not so sure that applies to most people...I received A's & A+'s in all prereqs and i still had re-read all the material over.. for most sections kaplan was enough, but for bio I went through my textbook chapter by chapter....
