I am in need of help on how to retain everything that you study. It seems as if I am not retaining none of the the information I am going over.

What are good tips for learning and retain so much information at once.

Pacing is key! Since I work full time and take two science classes, I dedicate two hours to each subject area a day. Whatever I don't finish in that time, I just let it linger for next time. That way your brain doesn't run into overload. Besides, you already learned all of it! It's just recalling everything that's tiresome. Good luck!

It's been a while since I've been out of school so it's basically like I'm teaching myself everything all over again.

You should use Chad's Notes for Organic and General Chemistry. He reviews each subject in theor entirety. The site is coursesaver.com

I use 3rd edition of Cliffs Notes for Bio. You can find it online as a PDF. For PAT practice, try DAT Bootcamp. It's subscription based, so be ready to pay monthly.

Hope this helps

So did you read the entire book of cliff notes. I've been getting a lot of mixed reviews about reading the entire book

I didn't read the whole thing! For me the best thing was to just review key terms and review major systems like photosynthesis, cellular respiration, evolution stuff, and animal diversity. I do think that breath over depth is key for Biology. Watching Bozeman Science videos will help too. DAT Destroyer can be used to top it all off bc it's full of practice questions.

Ok great! Thank you so much

Get a notebook (one section for each subject) and write every single question you feel guessed on or got wrong in it. Fold the paper in half and write questions on the left, explanation on the right! Then you'll have a notebook that you can use to review all the problems you missed!
