Studying doing prelim year

Hi
Was wondering what should I study during my prelim neurology year? How deep/details specific should I go with diseases I encounter? Should I do neuro reading or just internal medicine?
Also what is the best resource?

Just focus on soaking up the medicine - don't worry about neurology yet. You can always do some light neuro reading on the side if you're interested, but your primary focus should be on just trying to learn as much about general IM as possible. Good luck!

Something simple like the MGH handbook or something. Good for practical issues.
