Studying for step 2 --> pilonidal disease

Seriously...have been sitting 14hr per day studying...developed back pain...self diagnosed with pilonidal disease, sinus tracts and all. Exam in 2 weeks.Hope not to develop an abscess. FML.

Go see a doctor! I know there's no standard treatment for a pilonidal disease, but some antibiotics can't hurt.
