Studying Micro in a systems manner

It seems as if first aid and cmmrs are organized in a bug specific manner rather than by organ systems. It would be annoying to go back to the microbio section and sift through to see which bugs are relevant for the system being studied. So does anyone have any good tips or advice for studying them for each specific system without too much additional work involved (im not big on annotating and taking notes).

You could use MicroCards. The first few cards are organized systems-based, so you can use that as a guide to pick out the cards from the deck. Also, RR Path breaks it down system-wise
