I subscribe to the rss feed on this site, which posts peds case discussions every couple days. The site's maintained by two peds professors, and you can search through older cases by symptom, speciality etc.

Full disclosure: I subscribe to the feed, but I rarely ever read it. Every time a new post comes up I think, "Ah yes, this seems like an informative and fascinating read. I'm such a dedicated med student." Then I smile, pat myself on the back and promptly go back to reading I Can Has Cheezburger?.

My school subscribes to the CLIPP cases and has the students on the peds clerkship go through 10-12 of those cases. It is a great review of the peds material but there is a fee for an individual subscription.
