Stupid ERAS question

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
yes, you can tell once they've been uploaded (not scanned), but they can only be uploaded once you've actually APPLIED and ASSIGNED them to a particular school. Until then, they might actually be scanned in at your school's office, but you won't be able to tell and they aren't able to be "uploaded" to ERAS. Once you've applied and assigned a letter to a specific program or set of programs, you can click the "track applications" tab and it'll pop up a window that enables you to click a button that will show you what documents have been uploaded. This includes your photo, CAF, transcript, PS, letters, etc. etc. (it's the ADTS part of the system)

At my school you get an email once the office scans your letter onto ERAS. They say it takes 2-3 days from the time they get the letter; but it took my last letter over a week to be scanned!!! 😡
