Any one else having a cow over these stupid bi-layered teeth the nerb is now using.
And what's up with #3 access. It is impossible to fulfil all the criteria. We will have to take a "hit" somewhere cause of the location of the canals. I think I will leave unsupported structure rather than cross the ridges or cusp tips.

Suggestions??
Help is appreciated.

Ignore the multicolored part of the teeth. Prep them to criteria.

As for the access, it's not a big deal. You just have to leave 2-3mm of the marginal ridge, and 1 mm of the oblique ridge. That's plenty of room to get straightline access.

i had trouble w/the nerb teeth at first b/c they cut like butter so the first time i tried cutting the crown preps, they were all over reduced. now what i do is start off with the high speed and then finish up everything with the slow speed. I know it doesn't mimic real life but what about this examination does? as for #3 access...yeah...it's kinda tricky...i'm having a hard time with that one as well...
