stupid question about step 2 CK

sorry if this sounds stupid....exam is tomorrow and i wanna make sure I have everything straight about step 2CK

How many blocks are there total?

how much break time can I take between blocks?

I remember I skipped the tutorial for step 1 and had about 10 min per block for break time....


what did most of you do for step 2?

8 blocks (if I remember correctly).

45 mins break time plus 15 min tutorial

Tutorial time can be added to break time if you click through the tutorial in less than 15 mins.

Taking a short break every 2-3 blocks is probably better than one long break in the middle.

(edited to fix 9 blocks to 8. 9 blocks would mean counting the tutorial as a block.)

9 blocks!?!! are you serious!?? thats like 2 more blocks from step 1!!

any suggestions on how to plan out my breaks. Ideally I would like to take a few min after each block to regain my sanity 🙂

There are only 8 blocks of questions. The ninth "block" is one hour for the tutorial and break time.

I just took the exam 3 days ago. Here is how I broke up the break time: I clicked through the tutorial quickly so that it could be added to my break time. I then went through 4 blocks straight - I figured I would try to get through the first half all at once since I would be riding on morning coffee and adrenaline. Then I took 20 minutes for lunch and coffee (it was cold, but I needed the caffeine). I did the 5th block, then took a bathroom break. Then I did blocks 6 and 7. To renew the last bit of energy before the last block, I took a coffee break after 7 and then did block 8. I actually had about 25 minutes of break time left when I completed the exam and survey (at the end), so you could take more breaks than me if you wanted.

If i am able to finish a section early.. say 5-10min..does that add on to my 45 min break? or is it just lost time?

just took it today. it added time to my break so if you're done, dont force yourself to stay in that jail cell of a room. Get OUT!!!
