Hello, does anyone know if the 150 free online questions/prometric center questions are comparable (in style and difficulty) to the NBME practice tests? In other words, can my score on the 150 questions have a similar meaning as the score on an NBME exam? Thanks!

Most people here have said (and I agree) that the free 150 is easier than the real thing. However, the style/format is similar, and a lot of times those questions are repeated.

Although you may see several of those questions on your actual exam they are easier than the majority of the test you will see on step 1, and I'm speaking from person experience.
