I am pre-dent, but i have done some research on podiatry as a possible field previously. I am assuming based off the info I just got from several podiatry schools websites, that it is possible to get in with a sub 3.0, but depends how low that gpa is. i believe a 2.75( New york) or above would be fine, if you can score better than avg on the MCAT. i am not an expert, but just offering my opinion.
NYCPM:
The profile of the average incoming first year student includes a 3.3 GPA and an overall MCAT score of 23. To be most competitive, you should possess a science and overall GPA over 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. It is recommended that candidates with less than a 2.75 grade point average consult the Office of Admissions prior to applying.
Temple podiatry:
