Subject question on transcript entry?

If I take say "Calculus for Life Sciences" and the course number is "MAT 120" do I select mathematics as the subject or calculus? same thing for "Trigonometry" with course code "math 150", is it mathematics or trigonometry, even for organic chemistry, my school lists it as "CHM 314" and the title is "Organic Chemistry", do I select chemistry as the subject or just chemistry considering my school does not make the distinction in the course code.
