I have a beautiful, newly renovated 1 bedroom that I would like to turn into a share. The apartment is large and bright and very clean. It has a large kitchen and a large bathroom. The way the apartment will divide there will still be a small living room area. There is laundry in the basement and the apartment is on the second floor. The building is on w111th b/t 7th and 8th avenues, so it is one block from central park and one block from morning side park.
I am looking for a male or female. Most important is someone who is clean, respectful, and chill.
I do work from home a lot during the day. But I usually am out most evenings to network and socialize.
The rent is $1000 with 1 months security. That includes heat and hot water, electricity, and Internet. Also included is a nice dresser, night stand, end tables, and lamps. You will have to provide your own bed. I currently do not have cable, but I can upgrade if you want. Move in September 1st, but August 15th can be arranged. I would like to have someone through december, and see what happens after that.
