SO I sent my LOR through interfolio but it hasnt been received yet. can i still submit my application?? or do i have to wait for them to come in

You can go ahead and submit, they will be mailed in the next mailing if they don't make this one.

Submit so they can process your file. LOR/E will not hold your file back until the schools look at your file.
From what I have read, some schools wait until everything is in (fe. LOR/E). In the meanwhile, submit so you can get your stuff verified so it can be sent to the schools.
