Submit Apps Beginning vs. Late June?

You'll be fine. It is still early if you submit late June.

Hi everyone!

I'm taking the MCAT for the first time on June 18th. I have solid content knowledge and have been doing practice passages for the last 2 months but still have quite a bit of practice to do for the next month. I was wondering if it would be too late to submit my AACOMAS primaries within a week after my MCAT (so by 6/25 ideally I would submit primaries without my mcat score)? I haven't had much of a chance to work on my personal statement, and I don't know if I will be able to while I study MCAT for this last month. I really want to focus all my energy on studying MCAT without worrying about other parts of my app, so I was hoping to work super hard the few days after my MCAT to finish up my personal statement and other app parts and submit so that the verification process will be completed while I wait for my MCAT score. Do you think it's too late if I wait until 6/20-6/25 ish to submit my primaries? Is it at all possible to submit primaries with a draft of the personal statement but be able to edit it later? Overall, would it make a huge difference if I submitted AACOMAS primaries in the beginning of June vs. late June (either way without an MCAT score)? Of course I will send over my MCAT and add all my other schools once I receive my score. Any feedback would be great!

Thanks so much!
June any time and even half way through July is still early. Just be aware that it can take a month to get transcripts verified. You might want to do a bit of reading on a throw-away school then when your mcat comes in you just add schools and click submit on them. Best of Luck
