Submit before transcripts are all in?

So, one of my school mailed in the transcript on the 18th.. It doesn't show up on aadsas.. Can I submit first, so the remaining transcripts get verified while u wait for the last one to come in?

i had 2 transcripts and i submitted my app after 1st transcript arrived but before 2nd transcript came in.
I would say submit ASAP because it doesn't matter whether you wait for the last transcript or not. AADSAS won't verify your GPAs unless you have submitted your app + they received all the transcripts
