Submit now or after shadowing?

I have good ECs but my clinical experience is lacking.....I'm supposed to shadow later this week but my hours won't be significant for a couple of weeks. Should I submit now or wait?

Thanks! Should I list it as an activity? Maybe I can explain, in the experience description, that I intend to continue shadowing this summer and this fall?
