Submitted apps to AACOMAS. Now what?

Hey everyone,

I submitted my apps to AACOMAS (along with transcripts, mcat records, etc). Now I just wait for secondaries from schools, right? Or does this app go through the verification process similar to the AMCAS one?

(Yeah, sorry if this is a basic "duh" question. First time applying...).

You wait to be verified by AACOMAS. It is going to take between 3-6 weeks, and probably more towards the latter end of that range. In the mean time, you can begin working on secondaries. If you search these forums you can find the prompts for most of the schools and get a head start on your essays. That way, as soon as you get the secondaries you can send them back and be evaluated for interview.
