I heard that you can send your AADsAS application before your transcript and LOR's are submitted.....is this advised? or should I wait? I would want to send in my AADSAS while it's still july but if it wait on my transcript it would be a lot later than I'd like.

What's the holdup on transcripts? Did you take a massive amount of classes over summer that will affect your GPA that significantly?
You can submit without letters and transcripts, but it's a little pointless to do so if you're not sending transcriptsr. Your app will just sit there at AADSAS.
