Submitting AMCAS early and Secondary question

Hi, I noticed a LOT of medical schools say they start reviewing applications in August. Many people get verified in June and July. If one person gets verified in June and another in July but the medical school start reviewing in August, is the june person at an advantage or is it the same thing since both submitted before reviewing started?

I'm wondering this because if i get my app verified while taking July MCAT. I'll get score in early/mid August when most school sstart reviewing, so i'm wondering if it makes a difference...
