Submitting App--do I need medical schools to be verified?

Can I just submit my app to AACOMAS/AAMC without selecting any schools? Or do I need to select schools in order to get verified?

You won't be able to submit either w/o schools. If you're worried about part of your application submit with one school and fix that other part. This is a common method for those waiting on MCAT scores.
