My application is ready to be submitted but I am retaking the DAT on July 6th, my previous scores are already in AADSAS, and I know you can put down that there is a future DAT on the app.....but should I submit now or wait until I take the DAT? I dont want schools to make a decision based on my previous scores even though I noted I was retaking it, Ive heard some schools can overlook the retake section.

It depends how you did the first time and what you are expecting this time.

Example: you got a 16AA first time but know that it was because you were sick and this time you will get 20AA+. Then wait.

Example: You got a 18AA (w/ no sub-scores that disqualify you from your choice schools) but think you can make it a 19AA. Do not wait.

(Keep in mind raising your AA 1 point is not easy since it is the average of multiple sections)
