Submitting Application Before LORs Are In?

The one thing incomplete on my application right now is my LOR. The letter is complete, I am just waiting on the committee at my undergrad school to send it in. I really want to get my application in ASAP, so I want to submit it now rather than wait. I'm not sure if sending an app without evaluation letters will nullify the benefits of applying as early as possible. Any advice?

Submit. Transcript verification takes awhile anyway. They can work on that while you wait.
