Hey so I need some advice... I'm planning to retake my DAT around june/July and I'm wondering if I should complete my app and submit before I take my dat again? It will be my first cycle applying so I'm new to this! Thanks 🙂

Submit the application as soon as you complete it. It takes ~4wks for your GPA to verify. So when your app is done, your DAT score is in too and it will be send to the school.
Taking it june/july is fine.
