The last tab on aadsas on the far right says "check status". That has pretty much everything covered besides specific email correspondence you'll receive from schools.

From what I understand, you can list future coursework (along with past coursework) either before or after they verify your transcripts, but not while they're in the act of verifying.

Oh lol. I submitted my undergraduate transcript and I put another transcript from a different college for Spring 2018 (future coursework). I plan on getting a transcript for this before matriculating if that makes sense.
