So I just finished my rotation, and it will probably take me at least another week or two for me to be able to get my first ophtho grade. Is it worth waiting until mid to late august to get the grade, or should I just submit? I did get an eval from this rotation that talks about my performance, but the grade will take a bit longer due to logistics.

someone who's more experienced might have better input, but I've heard no one really cares abouot your ophtho grades/evals because they'll always say good things about you, and they're therefore not all that useful

Yah this is true. Medicine and surgery are the most important rotation grades.
