i'm about to submit this beast, but i'm not sure what to put down as the "application due date" since i didn't get it by mail but rather by email. should i just add the 16 days to the day i received the email? thank you.

Well the email says 14 days after the date you first received it. And the gal I called said the same thing. So that's what I put.
