I am taking 12 credit hours of science courses this summer with calc, a research lab, and a biology course. However, those grades will not be out until june 22 or so. I am on track to get A's in these courses.

Can I submit my AMCA now and then send in a revised transcript once these grades come out so I can get verified earlier, or is it not possible to revise your transcripts? It would help my science gpa go from a 3.648 to a 3.6945.

No. GPAs and transcripts are final upon verification. You can either submit with just the grades you have now on June 1st or wait a month and submit June 22nd. If all else is good, June 22nd submission will not harm you. Although, the 0.05 boost really isn't worth the wait, IMHO.

if i wait to complete some summer courses and submit july 30, my science gpa would be a 3.72. Should I wait to submit until july 30 for the gpa boost or would that be too late?

MCAT depending it really doesn’t matter either way. I would personally not wait because submitting July 30th will yield a near end of August verification, secondaries all throughout September, and you aren’t even getting any interview invites until after the first wave of acceptances have already been sent out.

If you have summer courses and do well, you can always send to schools this information as an update at some point. If you develop a close relationship with a professor, you can also ask for a letter of rec, since some schools will accept additional LOR, sometimes if you are waitlisted. Long story short: you can still use these courses to your advantage for this cycle.
