You have to report it as an F but I don't see it as being all that harmful if it is an isolated incident, especially if you were in high school. May hurt for top 20s though.

Since it was at a CC and not at my undergrad, can I take the corresponding class here and have the grade replaced or something?

Not for MD schools. For DO schools yes.
