Submitting transcripts

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of sending my transcripts to the AACOMAS and I had a quick question. I've already entered all my coursework and everything and to send a transcript you have to send a request form it says. My question is, can I just request a transcript from my school (through student clearinghouse) be sent to AACOMAS or do I absolutely have to send a request form?
