Hi I got a 33 years old latino male, complaining about HAs, during the last two weeks he wakes up in the middle of the night with what he described "a terrible head aches" he takes a motrin 800 mg or two and goes to sleep again. He is a negative HIV, Positive Hep C patient, with history of homosexual behavior but at this time he has only sex with a woman, which he is not married to. The patient works out on daily basis, he told me at times he can't stop from playing basketball, he plays for hours without stop. he seems very well nourish, mild muscular, which dennied any drugs intake at this time but 10 years ago was different, promiscuous with men and woman, drinker and cocaine abuser, suddenly he stop all this behaviour years ago (5) and met a woman and "normalize" his life. Now he has mild HTN controlled with Hydrochlorotiazide 25 mg in the morning, and nothing else. I am thinking about a pituitary tumor, but he dennied any other symptoms. Open for suggestions What do you think?

This isn't a site for medical advice, but rather to talk about getting into medical school, surviving medical school, getting into residency, etc. It is not for any type of medical advice, so I am closing this thread.

If you're a student or resident with an interesting case, there are other places here to discuss that type of thing, but not in this forum.
