So I was reading the aadsas website and it says that after you submit your application that you can not enter new grades until around January. My problem is that I want to take summer classes and I want to submit my application early. Can I send my summer school transcript directly to dental schools or how should I get them those grades?

That doesnt make any sense because pretty much all schools have filled their class by January, and what good would it do to add/update your grades then? I'm pretty sure you can send your summer transcript to aadsas and they will forward it to schools well before January.

I think that is correct. It's been 5 years since I applied, but they had the same thing going back then. I simply sent all the schools my grades via email and letter, and let them know that an official transcript was available upon their request. Those summer school grades probably won't make much of a difference--most of your GPA is locked into stone by the time you apply. Where they do come in handy is demonstrating an upwards grade trend, but once again you want that trend established already by the time you apply.

So, for example, you complete a science pre req by August 15 and you applied in June, why wouldn't that course be just as impt. as the science courses on your transctipt you mailed in June when you applied?
Would you advise to not take a science pre req in the summer then?

Not true. Today is March 16th and schools are still sending out acceptances.

To the OP: Put your summer classes down as "In-progress" or "Planned." Then send in transcripts to AADSAS and the schools directly. Include a note with the transcript explaining your situation. It will be worth the effort if you did well in the classes, and it shows initiative.
