summer classes bringing gpa down a ton will this matter

I have a couple of summer classes from high school (dual credit anatomy) and an EMT class I took the summer of freshman year totally worth 13 credits (EMT class is 9, and anatomy is 4) that I got B's in. This brings my sGPA from a 3.72 to a 3.67, and my cGPA from a 3.74 to a 3.69. Super freaking annoying...but will this have a huge impact on my application? EC hours: Clinical should be around 200-300, Shadowing: 70ish hours NC volunteering: 400-500, Research around 150-200 hours, no pubs. Haven't taken mcat yet, aiming 515+
