I have been volunteering/shadowing in the hopsital during college breaks and summers. This summer the hospital offered me a paid intership in the operating room. I will be shadowing surgeons and helping clean/organize the OR with the nurses and techs. I have seen people on this site that do volunteering in the hospital. If I am paid now will it still look the same to medical schools?

yes...it is clinical experience...just not volunteer!!!!
