I'm going to Europe this summer to do summer research. I'm applying this summer to med school as well. However, by the time I receive my secondaries (if I do), I will be out of country. I can reply the ones that send it through email but what if they mail it to my house? Is it possible if I can get someone to scan it; that way I can complete it and scan it back to them so they can ship it to the school (I can get a family member to do this but I'm just wondering if its possible to do so).

I will submit my AMCAS before I leave, which is the beginning of June...(without my MCAT score b/c I will get the results back around July)

Thanks

Yea, scan it, or you can probably fax it back to them. Call to double check! There's very few secondaries by mail - most are electronic, so no worries!

There may be some secondaries which need to be mailed along with a photo, get a reliable family member to help you, make sure they have some of the photos and can print and mail what you need done. I don't think any were mailed to me last summer, as I recall even the ones which had to be snail mailed in allowed me to download the original form.
