Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished apartment. The apartment will be shared by one male UCSD student. Rent excludes internet (optional) and electricity charges which come up to $22.45 and $2.64 respectively per month. Water, gas and trash disposal is included in the rent.
The apartment complex is located centrally and is about 10 mins walk to La Jolla Village square, price center, sixth college, VA medical center, school pf pharmacy, biomedical engineering and Jacob's school of engineering.
Furnishings include a sofa, side chair, TV console, nesting tables, two lamps, and a rug in the living room. The kitchen area includes seating for two, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Each bedroom includes a full mattress, bed with drawers, a nightstand, lamp and a built-in desk with desk chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower curtain and bath mat. Vertical blinds are included throughout the apartment.
The community also features a fitness center, outdoor gathering spaces including a built-in barbeque area, and several community rooms for studying and social gatherings.
Looking for someone affiliated with UCSD and a vegetarian preferably.
