SUNY at Buffalo application (Continuing Review?)

Hi everyone. I just checked my application status on the UB website and it says "Continuing Review". Are any of you who applied to UB on the same boat as me?

I applied to UBuffalo, Michigan, and Detroit Mercy and so far, I haven't gotten anything back from any of them. (AADSAS sent my file to dental schools on Nov 26th) Do any of you guys know whether or not international/out of state seats have been filled already? I have a 3.5 GPA (3.7-3.8 if they take out my 1st year ) and 19/18 on the DAT.

I notice you are from Canada....well Ive heard that Buffalo waits to interview Canadian students because Canadian students also apply to Canadian schools and prefer those to the US schools, so Im assuming the other schools are the same way. However, with your stats, I seriously think you dont have a chance at Canadian schools and should not bank on it and concentrate on US schools. Your application is pretty late, but your GPA might give you some acceptences. I see that you only applied to the border schools....you maybe should have applied to more schools, otherwise you may get bad news this year. But honestly, I think you got a great shot at Detroit!

Thanks for the reply guys. I applied to University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario and got wait listed last year. My best two year average is somewhere between 85-90% and if you go and check last years entrance average, it's below 85% at UWO. I'm currently doing my special year at UWO and so far my average for this year is over 90 so hopefully I'll get in somewhere!
