Hello! I recently found out about SUNY Upstate Guaranteed HS Admission Program. You can apply through multiple schools and I believe they accept 5 student per undergraduate college. I read all the information on their web-site, but still have a few questions. May be somebody had experience with this program and could help me?

1. Does being in-state or out-of-state affects your chances for admission?
2. What are the stats of the accepted applicants?
3. If you applied, can you please share your experience?
