Medical Super Late interview

Hello,
I have recently received a super late interview at Hackensack Meridian for 2019 matriculation. I'm guessing this timing is due to the new traffic rules and that it's a very new school. I was wondering if anyone has any guesses on whether I am interviewing for an actual spot or just to pad the waitlist? I really thought interviews would be done by now.

Anyone outside of this school's admissions department could only speculate as to what such a late interview invitation could mean. That said, if you have no other options it can't possibly hurt you to accept the invitation. If you have already been accepted elsewhere, I wouldn't bother personally.
