As a male, what should I wear for the photo? Polo shirt? Coat and Tie? Budweiser hat? IDK guys....

Thanks, I was leaning towards the suit and tie, but now I'll definitely have to pair it with the Budweiser hat.

Did you wear a tie or not? Also, how are we supposed to electronically send a 2x2 photo? Wouldn't it resize on a different size monitor? I was going to go to the pharmacy since they offer passport photos and apparently that's the same size.

I'd assume that mainly they just want the square crop and for it not to be of low resolution.

I wore a black Lacoste t-shirt. Nobody cared. If you show up to the interview without a tie that's another story.
