I was wondering if there is a way to get the supplemental questions for school early?

Schools like Western, UPenn, and UMinn have already posted up their secondaries on their website. I can't remember the rest off the top of my head. Here's the link: http://www.adea.org/GoDental/ADEA_AADSAS_Application/2017_ADEA_AADSAS_Supplemental_Information.aspx

Anything that's not "after waiting for an admissions officer" pretty much means go to the school's website.
