Hey everyone -

I'm trying to compile a list of supplemental application questions for our pre-vet advising office here at NC State. There are a couple schools that either needed me to pay before getting the questions or I otherwise had difficulties getting into. I'd really appreciate it if people applying to these schools could post the supplemental app questions:

Ohio State
VMRCVM

Also, if anyone wants my compiled list of questions, I can PM it to them - just ask. It's a bit long to post.

Well with Michigan you don't know the essay question until you're invited to submit a supplemental application. Only applicants that pass through the first round in the selection process are asked to complete the supplemental. Last year they had six questions: socio-economic factors limiting your education, agricultural/food animal experience, research experience, exceptional veterinary experience, cultural/community experience, and challenges that have broadened your qualifications.

Iowa has two questions: why do you like ISU? and what will you as an individual bring to ISU?

VMRCVM just has a really short (I could only fit three sentences) one about why you chose to apply. They also ask you to put in any research experience that wasn't listed on the VMCAS, and you have to tell them you haven't (or have) been convicted of a felony.

Washington doesn't really have any essays, just a few slots to select from a drop down menu why WSU and what the most important things you are looking for from a vet school are, and then a line to explain each.

Both super short, easy supplementals that I wish I didn't have to pay so much for!
