I was wondering if the supplementals that are up on AADSAS must be sent in right away (i.e. after e-submission) or do we wait for contact from the schools.

Schools wont even process your application without your supplemental application and fees. If the schools want them at the same time they get your application, then send that stuff out right away. If they say to wait, then just wait. 🙂
