Supplementary certifications for Board Certified internists

What have you guys heard about supplemental certifications/training (not fellowships) that BC Internists can get? I have a number of colleagues who have done a lot of different things (Acupuncture, botox, suboxone/Buprenorphine clinics, other cosmetic certifications etc...)

Anything else you guys have heard of? Obviously this is something to be added to already existing practices or as a way for burnt out hospitalists to seek alternate forms of income as they phase out of hospitalist life
