Supplementary Packets???

Hi,
I was just wondering if a school asks you to fill out a supplementary packet, does that mean that they're considering you? I have no idea. The only response I have so far is a rejection from Tufts, so I'm kinda devastated...anyway, any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Some schools give secondaries to everyone. Others only give it to applicants that made the first cut.
