Hey, I was wondering if there was somewhere that had all of the supplementary questions each dental school typically asks, as I will not have much time to type my responses over the summer and need to pre-write most of them!

Don't worry about the supplementary questions until they are presented to you. Each and every school has different questions and can change depending on the year. If you don't have enough time to write responses next summer then I'm afraid you're going to have much bigger issues with the application process.
