Can anyone tell me what book to use to study for the shelf exam for the surgery rotation? I am reading Lawrence and need and "quick read" to study right before the exam.

Seriously, I think your best bet is just reviewing the topics in Lawrence. Even for a cram-type review. That book covers the surgery shelf entirely, and it has good questions.
