With all these resources it's hard to know what to use. Can someone tell me which resources they used?
Ie, is it necessary to get through ALL of UW and Amboss? And redo all incorrects?
Pestana vs DeVertiglio or both?
Etc

It depends on your starting level of knowledge. If you’ve done medicine already that will likely help. If this is your first or second rotation then maybe use more sources.
I used pestana and online med Ed videos initially, then did uworld questions, then glanced at certain parts of devirgilio for reference. That got me a score in the 99th percentile.

I studied 1 day. Don’t recommend it studying that little, but I prioritized sleep and sanity over some extra points. I just did OnlineMedEd and UWorld. Pestana’s was useless. Despite it being a surgical shelf, it’s medicine heavy, so if you’ve had IM, it shouldn’t be too bad. If you’ve been actively participating during your rotation and learning from your patients, those should be enough. I barely studied compared to my peers outside of my rotation, but I learned from every patient I saw and would choose complicated ones. I ended up doing fine, honoring surgery despite not wanting to go into it.
